Spring 2008 season
172 expeditions, of which 119 put someone on the summit. 669 summits (402 by members, 267 by hired staff) and 8 deaths, among 861 members and 341 hired staff recorded.
Summits count member records: someone who summited twice on one expedition counts once, someone on two expeditions in the season counts twice. Claimed (unrecognised) ascents are excluded and disputed ones included, as in the database's own statistics. Hired staff are only recorded when they went above base camp.
