Route Notes BC at Nangpa Glacier northeast on "p" on Schneider map ABC at bottom of West Ridge to Pt 6735m C1 at Pt 6735m C2A at col C2B on shoulder. Wanted to attempt South Ridge via Point 5720m but many avalanches on west side so made attempt here and moved north toward Nangpa La. From point 6735m moved south on ridge which was easy walk and made advance C2 at 6250m little north of Col (Col is east of "g" in Nangpa on map). Carried this camp to new C2 site on shoulder at 6900m south-southwest of summit. Route = West Ridge to another North Ridge (which is west of summit), south to snow plateau south of summit and thence up snow face from plateau at 7100m to top (7352m on Schneider map) which is Jasamba. Easy climb except above Advanced C2 for total 16 pitches where fixed rope.
