Route Notes BC near lake C1 at East Spur C2 at North Ridge. Left C2 at 03:00 hours, Kraaz and Roetheli-Landolt reached summit at 09:00 hours, spent about 15 minutes. Kraaz descended to BC Roetheli-Landolt to C1. Prechtel, Stehle, G. Stingl and P. Stingl reached up to 6800m with Ang Gyalu Lama. They were scared and not experienced. Stehle made second attempt for summit on Nov 01. Got up to C2 and gave up due to tiredness. Difficult part of the route was approach to C1. Note: left BC: 1) Nussbaumer on Oct 20 - no motivation for climbing. Left Nepal on 24th. 2) Koenig, Prechtel and Werner on Oct 30. Werner remained around BC (old age). Sherpas: Ang Gyalu Lama Ang Pema Sherpa. The members returned to KTM on Nov 5 and will leave on Nov 7.
