Route Notes BC at Lirung Glacier on north side of SE Ridge C1 on SE Ridge C2 on SE Ridge High point on SE Ridge. Planned C3 at 6600m on ridge but only 4 members and 1 Sherpa to C2; leader's back injured and stayed in BC. Nakata, Sujibayashi and Yuda not technically skilled enough to go above C1. To C1 snow couloir not difficult but above C1, very sharp ridge, mixed rock and snow and all route C1 to C2 with fixed 600m rope needed. Total 1400m rope fixed to 6250m and then had to stop climb because had no more rope. Snow had crust on top therefore had to fix route. "If more fixed rope, I think success." Also on 11th Dec weather changed with strong wind.
