Route Notes From C2 climbed to Dutch Rib; made camp at 6200m on Rib because route difficult with waist deep snow and avalanches on each side of this knife-edge rib. 10 days taken to make C3. Up on 15th but not possible to reach site for C4 at 7200m because ice snow face now. Rope needed to be fixed but none available and 10 days at C3 several members have frostbitten toes. After 15th attempt to go to C4, all in BC and on 20th again up, but no higher than C2.5.
Accidents 3 members frostbitten toes (should not lose more than nails)
