Route Notes BC at Tengpo village High point at NE Face. Weather problems with every afternoon snow. Climbed from midnight to 11:00 am each day till bad weather set in; climbed like this during five days. Fixed rope to 1st biv, down for rest and up fixing more rope above 1st biv. Above 1st biv only 5 climbers left active. Left pillar for face because pillar too complicated for so many people; face also difficult mixed snow and rock. Pillar would required 12 more days. In 2nd biv bad weather, snowed all night and next day foggy, following day after snowed all day. Down from high point directly to BC on 23rd.
