Route Notes BC at Lhonak ABC at foot of Drohmo's South Pillar. Scott and Mears scrambled up point 6019m (on Janak Himal map) just northeast of Lhonak on 22nd. Then recce of snow conditions of Drohmo and carried gear below glacier to "rock camp" at 5400m on grass at foot of south pillar of Drohmo and its valley on east side up to northeast snow ridge of which last 50m rock. From Col above glacier to top took 5 hours. Got back to rock camp just after dark. Then 5 days bad weather at Lhonak, where returned 27 October. Drohmo climb next.
