Route Notes BC east of point 5096 and Tawoche Glacier Biv1 at northeast shoulder (French '90 high point) Biv2 at NE Ridge/Pillar/Buttress Biv also on descent at 5950m on SE Ridge. Above 1st biv, very steep rock so next biv not much higher, in fact entire remainder of pillar was equally steep and difficult. Morrison and Watts got no higher than 5600m while Fowler and Littlejohn made push to top with series of 6 bivs. In descent via SE Ridge at 5950m had one biv on night of 28th.
