| Route Notes | BC at base of East Face on a lake. E Face was lot of grey rock with no steady cracks. Brought 10 days food for alpine ascent and would have taken lot longer and maybe seige-style climb. Lot of rock fall danger and many day's bad weather. Started on 24th April to do alpine-style climb on SE Face instead, but decided route not worth our effort. Went 5500m (the three togather) and Sakashita wanted to go on but Roskelley and Bridwell did not and all quit. Here rotten rock, rock fall and a route not worth bothering with. |
