Route Notes Bublyk, Kovalek, Lavrynenko and Verbytsky left C1 at 06:00 hours on 13th, summited at 15:00 hours, stayed about 10 minutes, back to C1 at 18:30 hours. Next day to BC. Weather was very bad: snowfall and windy. During the expedition period only one or two days weather was fair. The team returned to Kathmandu on Oct 20 and will leave on 22. P-II, according to Kovalev, was open for climbing specially for Ukrainians to climb it in celebration of 10th Anniversary of Ukraine in 2001 Spring. P-II was summited by Ukrainians team via East Ridge from north side. Dubrovik left BC about Oct 11 and left Nepal on Oct 15 due to his business back home. He did not like to wait for weather to improve after so many days in BC. Bublyk & Lavrynenko - 11 April 2007 The 2005 climb did not succeed but reached only east summit. This was a reconnaissance trip.
