Route Notes Pt 6682 ascents: All members except Boyce and both Sherpas summited via South Ridge on 4 May and in following days as they moved up and down their Makalu route to its SE Ridge. This was same route over Pt 6682 followed by Doug Scott's Makalu expedition in spring 1984.
