Route Notes BC southeast of peak, east of a 6500m dome C1 on South Ridge below rock tower C2 above rock tower C3 at base of ice tower (all blue ice) High point at nice tower. Clients had very hard time on blue ice of ice tower (above C3). Had fixed 850 ft on snow gulley tower to C2; above that on blue ice 900 more ft to C3; above C3 1000 ft on ice tower fixed but after snowstorm couldn't reach this last rope in avalanche-threatened area which had to cross. On 3 May tried to return to tower but too risky and turned back and climb finished. Did not actually reach S Ridge.
