Route Notes The team left C2 at 7 am. Good weather but very wind. Soft snow, difficult trail. They reached the summit at 2:30 pm by which time clouds had started to move in and there was hardly any view. They descended to C2, where they arrived at 5 pm, packed up the camp and continued to C1, where they arrived at 7 pm. They left their loads at C1 and continued down to BC, where they arrived at 10 pm. On 30 April Wiegand, Koehler and Lieberenz climbed back up to C1 to collect their loads.
