Route Notes BC below small lake beyond Gorak Shep C1 above point 6186m on National Geo map where SE and SW Ridges merge South Ridge. 15th Oct to BC to rest. Rotated 2-man teams up from BC and all got to C1 and route had been fixed to C1. Canadians and Norwegians to fix from C1 to C2, but heavy snowfall started 17th, so all down to BC by 18th and climbing finished because now too dangerous to continue.
