Route Notes BC at the beach by the lake C1 at small rock step C2 at top of rock buttress that bisects face. With icy conditions (very little snow on mountain) decided not to make a camp at East Col and went to top from C2, but "it made for a long day." Left C2 at 4:00 am, reached Col at 8:00 am, Jackson and Nettle on top at 3:30 pm, Lewis and Hoggard at 5:00 pm. 1st pair stayed on top an hour, met 2nd pair not far below top, and at about 1000 ft in technically difficult section above Col at 8:00 pm 1st pair stopped and waited an hour for the arrival of 2nd pair, then all descended in full moonlight and got into C2 between 1:00 and 2:00 am. Slept in C2, then down to BC, where all were in camp by 12:00 noon.
