Route Notes BC southwest of smaller lake C1A on SW Ridge's right for ridge C2A on South Ridge C1B on SE Face C2B at col. After BC established, went in pairs to climb smaller peaks (no permits) and then back to BC about 12 Oct. Perkins made C1 on 24th at about 6000m on SE Face, 25th to col and made C2 at 6400m and to top along NE Ridge next day. Woolridge and Cox did nice route on NE Face of Mehra and also climbed Island Peak and Polkalde, but Cox did not set foot on Pumori and Woolridge had bad night at South Ridge C1 from altitude sickness. Gibson also only to C1 on Ridge route and enthusiasm marred. Avalanche left debris around normal route's C2 but did not damage. "Splintered" expedition of pairs of climbers.
