Route Notes BC at S (bottom) end of big lake and its samll neighbor lake C1 at S Col of Pumori. C1 established only on 15th because of heavy snowfall and after Domenech fall "not high morale." Route to C1 was SW side of big lake up face to col on S Ridge. Above C1 followed S Ridge, a little bit on its eastern flank. Moved slowly after C1 because of deep snow. On 24th reached 6400m only in deep snow and returned to BC. On 27th (3 members left now - 2 members came to KTM with Domenech, Minguella flew to Spain with him while Josep Castellet stayed in KTM) packed up all gear to to go to KTM but 27th night good weather (before 27th snowed everyday from 10:00 am) so suddenly decided to climb again. 28th morning started up and reached C1 where slept. 29th left C1 at 2:30 am; snow not so deep now (before had to use pail to get rid of very deep snow, now snow below knee). Reached top 1:45 pm by which time was windy and foggy, and returned to C1 about 5:00 pm. 30th to Pheriche.
Accidents Domenech fell Sep 6 carrying gear to C1, broke both legs
