Route Notes BC at right under Kalapattar (where had planned to put it). Was to left of American 7 winter 1981 route, avoiding avalanched ice gully. Needed more fixed rope than anticipated and put in about 3000 ft on steep fresh snow over blue ice. Fixed to Col so Narayan Shrestha could climb up to top. Route was not a new route but variation.
