Route Notes BC at normal BC C2 at top of pillar. Very difficult and dangerous. Climbing all the time under hanging seracs to East Col some of which were falling often. Black ice and little snow. They fixed rope to the East Col and more would be needed on the E Ridge. This climb was a warmup for Everest, so left Pumo Ri to go to Everest BC.
