Route Notes BC at Fukam Glacier east of mountain C1 below Icefall of Fukam Glacier C2 in icefall towards its top C3 near top of icefall (west of Fukam Glacier). Had to fix 1000m rope in icefall across many crevasses and 150m above Icefall between C2 to C3. Left C3 at 3:30 am and on top at 9:30 am in not difficult climb above icefall. Returned to C3 at about 2:00 pm to sleep. 30 Sept to C1 taking down all rope with them. 1 Oct to BC. In final day's climb to top, went from [northeast side across col to] West Face to North Ridge at about 6500m and thence south on ridge to summit ridge flat but in six places had steps about 40m high (no rope left to fix here). While making route above C3, heavy snowfall broke 1 tent in C1. On summit day snow 30 cm deep.
