Route Notes BC as same as Annapurna I which team went to first C1 on rocks at bottom of couloir east-southeast of Central peak C2 at top of couloir at a Col C3 shoulder near top of North-South Spur High point on eastern subpeak east of Nilgiri North. Peak climbed was perhaps same as 1984 autumn Japanese-French-Czech expedition. This team wanted main peak of Nilgiri North, but had no information about the mountain and went for the summit they could see from below and did not carry onto highest peak because very long way to go. Satisfied with summit reached. Six members had never reached the altitude of 6750m before. Parapente descent from C3 to BC by Miston on 5 May.
