| Route Notes | David Landman summited on 28/09 with 2 Sherpas (all with exygen). Landman ski descent. Grom and Wedel attempted without oxygen; did not summit due to fatigue. Granberg summited on 20/09 with 2 Sherpas (all with exygen). Granberg intended to summit without oxygen, but started using at 7650m to summit and down to 7400m. Granberg left high camp at 4:20 am on 30/09, summited at 10:56 am, stayed 20 minutes, then descended to C3 arriving at 4:40 pm. Snowy and a bit windy when they started climbing, cleared up around sunrise. Blue skies, pretty warm and sun the rest of the day. Stabil conditions. Dry and cold sugar snow. |
