| Route Notes | BC 15/09 C1 18/09 C2 20/09 C3 26/09 C4 27/09 HPt 28/09 at 7600m by Travnicek, Jirkova 28/09 at 7800m by Peterka, Ongchhu Sherpa. Climb abandoned on 28/09 due to cold (Jirkova) and abdominal pain (Peterka). Jirkova and Travnicek climbed together; they started from C4 at 5:30 am for summit push. It was very windy and cold, Jirkova's hands were freezing. At 7:30 am they reached highpoint at about 7600m, they waited for 30 minutes for the sun. They hoped with the sun it would get less windy, but it didn't. They decided to abandon the climb and to descend. They rested in C4 and C3 and eventually reached C2 where they spent the night. They went without Sherpa support above BC. Ongchhu Sherpa and Peterka reached highpoint at 7800m on Sep 28, where they had to turn around because Peterka suffered from abdominal pain.
