Route Notes BC 05/11 4750m C1 08/11 5650m C2 12/11 6400m by Keck, Kammerlander, Goeberl plus 4 Sherpas. When the team arrived, which was late in the season, there was already a lot of snow on the mountain and at BC. The crevasses already seemed bigger than earlier in the season as the ladders were too small for the crevasses. Climb abandoned on 14 Nov due to too much snow and avalanche danger too high. The main purpose of this expedition was the shoot the film about Hans Kammerlander's life. Keck took his paraglider from BC to Samagaon on 16 Nov. He stayed the night in Samagaon and left on 17 Nov at 9 am. He trekked for 22 hours and 15 minutes and arrived in Seti Khola at 7:15 am. He then took a jeep to Kathmandu. Fixed rope: about 200m between C1 and C2. Oxygen: Medical only
