Route Notes BC 14/09 4750m C1 17/09 5800m C2 19/09 6400m C3 23/09 6700m C4 24/09 7400m Smt 25/09 by Kwon and Pemba Thinduk Sherpa at 6 am, Ryu and Tendi Sherpa at 6:30 am. Summit team left C4 at 1:40 am. Weather was windy, conditions good. They spent about 2 minutes on the summit and descended to BC, where they arrived at 4 pm. Ryu was a bit snowblinded and that's why they decided to go all the way to BC. Ahn Jae-Young reached C1 on 17 Sept. He could not cope with the altitude and abandoned the climb. Ahn Soo-Kil reached C2 on 19 Sept. He could not cope with the altitude and abandoned the climb. Kim Jean-Woong reached C1 on 25 Sept. He went to hospital in Kathmandu on 18/09 due to altitude problems. Even though the hospital told him that he should not go back, he went back to BC on 22 Sept. On 25 Sept he reached C1 but it was clear to him that he would not go farther. Song Jae-Heon reached BC. He did not get to start the climb as he did not have enough time. He left BC on 20 Sept. Song Sung-Kyu reached BC. He decided to stay at BC to organize the expedition. Oxygen: Taken and used from C4 to top to C4 by Kwon, from C3 to top to C2 by Ryu From C4 to top to C4 by Sherpas
