Route Notes BC 09/09 4800m C1 11/09 5600m C2 13/09 6200m C3 16/09 6700m Smt 25/09 by Bargiel at 12:06 pm. Andrzej Bargiel started from BC at 10 pm on 24 Sept. He was carrying his skis on his backpack. He reached C3 at 2:30 am on 25 Sept. He rested there for 2 hours and carried on to the summit arriving at 12:06 pm. He stayed for about 20 minutes on the summit and skied down to about 6500m from where he took off his skis and continued to BC by foot. He reached BC at 7 pm. With this ascent, Andrzej Bargiel did the fastest ascent of Manaslu in 14 hours and 6 minutes. He did the round trip in 21 hours. Grzegorz Bargiel reached C4 on 25 Sept at 8 am. He did not feel well acclimatized and turned back. He descended to BC the same day. Zaluski reached C3 on 25 Sept. He was the cameraman and did not intend to summit. Marcin Kin reached 6000m on 13 Sept. He was the photographer and did not intend to summit. Oxygen: Not taken, not used.
