Route Notes Schedule of ascent: 1. Acclimatization, 1st time up: slept at C1 on 29th of September, then slept at C2 on 30th of September, reached the C3 site the 1st of October; entire team spent an hour there and went back to the base camp. 2. Second attempt: on 8th of October entire team slept at C1, then reached C2 the day after and had to go back to the base camp. Difficult to get through the crevasses, very opened on the glacier and lots of snow. 3. Third and last attempt: entire team slept again at C1 on 12th of October, then reached nearly C2 on 13th of October. This day they decided to abandon the climb: too windy, too much snow and too many crevasses. Oxygen was planned to be used from C4 (sleeping) to summit and back to C4. They didn't use it because they couldn't climb above C3 site.
