Route Notes The Iranian expedition started its summit push all together at 1 am on 9 May from C4. The expedition members and Sherpas arrived at 7700m at 3 am. It was very cold and they turned around to C4. Hasmi Sougheh, Mami Golestau, Lhakpa and Nima started again from C4 at 6 am and they got to the summit at 1 pm. They stayed on summit for 15 minutes, then descended to C4 at 3:30 pm. Next day 10 May the team spent night at C2 and on 11 May went down to BC. Weather on summit day, morning was clear and good in summit, it was cloudy. Ahead of the Iranian team there were about 15 Indian climbers and a Korean team.
