Route Notes The team never got above C3. They made the camp at 6800m on 8 May and the next day they descended to BC since their acclimatization was completed and the weather didn't look good. On the 10th, 11th and 12th there was heavy snowfall, which broke all expedition's tents in C1 and C2. When they returned to C1 on 14 May, Vasilev and his daughter found their tent after two hours search. It was badly broken, so they returned to BC the same day and their climb was over. They had no more tents, and the period they had fixed for climbing ended on the 16th. After their porters arrived, they left BC on the 18th. The father and daughter climbed together all the time, and they climbed with the Chilean, Rodrigo Fica. The three shared one tent at C3.
