Route Notes Summit team left C3 at 3:30 am. Weather was perfect clear, but cold (-20 degrees). Group were behind Jagged Globe group. They summited middle peak with prayer flags. Good view. They descended to C2, arrived at about 6 pm. On 5 Oct BC. Gafic reached C1 on 15 Sept; due to pulmonary problems, she did not carry on and left BC on 16 Sept. Jacimovic reached C1 on 13 Sept, did not stay night. He remained at BC for rest of time to manage the expedition. Maric Zdenko reached BC; he had hernia problems, but remained at BC till end of expedition. Mitrovic reached C1 on 15 Sept, stayed 1 night; he had kidney problems, which got better; remained at BC for rest of expedition. 8 April 2009 Leader Dragan Jacimovic denied that his team reached only 8125m and stated that they had continued on up the col to the ridge, turned left onto the ridge and followed the ridge to the top. Pasang Dawa and Lhakpa Thundu [from Todd's team] reached the summit at 8:00 am on 4 October and were the first people on the top that day. Most of his summiters were mixed in among the climbers on Adele Pennington Jagged Globe expedition around 9:30-10:00 am.
