Route Notes Kolon Sport Challenge Team Manaslu Expeditions Miss Go Mi-Sun, Kim, Lhakpa and Pasang left C4 on 14 Oct at 7:10 am. They reached summit at 2:45 pm, stayed on summit for 20 minutes and descended to C4 at about 5 pm. Next day members and Sherpas descended to BC. Summit day weather was very windy and very cold, but it was better than the previous day. The team's first attempt on 13th had to abort from 7600m due to very strong wind and cold. There were fixed ropes (three rope joined one after another at the beginning it was a Korean white in the middle a red rope and the last one was Korean white rope each of them of 50 meters) to the summit. Kim said Miss Oh Eun-Sun summited on 12 October and one Japanese. The team returned to Kathmandu on 18 October and will leave on 22. Next expedition of the team will be on Makalu in the Spring.
