Route Notes C2 at steep part of Chago Glacier below Makalu La High point at C2. Georges had accident with parapente flight from 5600m near BC; hit rocks; head wound and other body injuries; rested one week at BC and then tried to resume climb and made C2 and slept there one night and then had difficulty descending on 27th because of injuries; also no energy; dangerous to continue climb so decided not to continue. Reached BC and climb finished because Ozenda did not want to climb alone. Georges: "I'll never fly (by parapente) again in Himalaya - winds change too much."
