Route Notes BC 19 Apr 4850m ABC 20 Apr 5700m C1 27 Apr 6400m C2 28 Apr 6750m C3 07 Mar 7400m C4 08 Mar 7700m Smt 09 Mar by Moghaddam, Mahmoud, Nima Tenzing and Lhakpa at 5 pm. Moghaddam, Behpour, Mahmoud, Nima Tenzing and Lhakpa left C4 at 2:30 am. Weather was snowy and a little windy and very cold, about -30 degrees. Conditions were very icy with little snow. Behpour reached 8050m at around 6 am. His feet were very cold and he did not feel well in his stomach, so he turned back to C4. Rest of the team carried on. The Sherpas were fixing the rope in front and the team had to wait often which is why it took them so long to get to the summit. They spent 10 minutes on the summit and descended to C4 where they arrived at 11 pm. On 10 May they descended to C2 to stay the night and on 11 May BC. Maani reached 7000m on 29 April. He had a respiratory problem and returned to BC on same day. On the summit push he reached C2, but the problem recurred and he returned to BC. Oxygen: Taken and used by Mahmoud and Nima Tenzing from C4 to summit. Sherpas: Ngima Tenji, Chewewa, Waku, 31/08/84 Lhakpa Sherpa, Makalu-9, 25/12/91, Everest X1 Parvaneh Kazemi - 15 Feb 2015 The Iranian team did not summit according to the Chinese climbers. [In Iran, they are credited with only reaching the fore-summit 8440m since their summit photos confirmed only the fore-summit.]
