Route Notes	Cross went to C2 on 7th May to drop a load. It took him about 5 hours from C1 to C2. After he dropped the load he descended to BC. He went back to C1 on 16th May. He was on his own and had to cross a few crevasses below C1. While he was going up he realized that it was not the best terrain to be on your own, so he decided to turn back and descend again to BC. Cross did not have a Sherpa due to differences about the price of the expedition with the agency. He tried to hire a Sherpa at BC, but it was impossible. He realized that he should not be climbing the mountain on his own and abandoned the expedition on 20th May.
