Route Notes	C1 in Western Cwm (used Korean Pillar Everest tent) C2 on Lhotse West Face (used Japanese Everest tent) C3 on Lhotse West Face. Much snowfall at first after BC arrival. After making C1 to C3, down to Cwm on 5th Oct and 6th Oct to BC for rest. 12th Oct BC to Cwm, 13th Oct to 7300m. 13th Oct 8 pm up from 7300m with one O2 bottle and direct to summit in full moonlight; started using O2 at 7600m (above rock band) and on 14th 4:00 am on summit; not so cold and wind not strong. 14th down to 6500m at 1 pm (at 7300m 8:00 am). At summit time eyesight blurred in left eye; used O2 to 7500m. Did not use camp at 7800m, which was partly covered with snow. On 14th at 6-6:30 am met Japanese descending from Everest summit and descended with them to Cwm. One Sherpa went with Heo from Cwm on 3rd Oct to establish Heo's camp at 7800m, but not with Heo on 12-14th Oct.
