| Route Notes | French Team report from Lamy: French team to Lobuche East on 20 Apr for acclimatization. 29 Apr touched C3 and back to C2 for sleeping; next day to BC. Stayed to Namche Bazar to recover for a while, back to BC on the 10 May. Lamy summit assault schedule: 16-18 May: at C2 waiting for the summit window 19 May: at C3 21-23 May: at C4 23 May: left C4 at 10:20 pm on 22 May, summited at 6:50 am n 23 May, stayed there 2:10, then back to C4 at 12:30 pm. Up in 8:30 hrs, down in 3:30 hrs (12h day/effort). 24 May: left C4 at 9 am, summit of Lhotse at 4 pm, back to C2 at 10:30 pm (14h day/effort). 25 May: back to BC. Lamy is the 2nd French to make Everest-Lhotse after Elisabeth Revol. Climbed with Da Dendi Sherpa. Jonathan Kubler: same dates than Lamy. On Everest, started at 9:20 pm, summited at 7:30 am; on Lhotse summited at 4:30 pm. Michel Viso: Acclimatization up to C3, his high point. Abandoned the expedition because of contracted Covid (was heli-rescued). Oxygen: Used from C3 to summit to C3.
