Route Notes	BC at Khumbu Glacier C1 above the Icefall C2 in Western Cwm C3 on West Face of Lhotse. Summit push: La Terra left BC on 16 May slept in C2, on 17 May slept in C3. On 18 May reached C4 around 4 pm. Then he realized his nose was bleeding and saw blood in his cough. He decided to go down, came to sleep at C2. Next day he descended to BC. HRA clinic Doctor (Johnson) asked him to leave BC. He was evacuated by helicopter on 21 May. His health is normal when he reached Kathmandu.
