Route Notes BC was Dhudkunda side about 3-1/2 hours along the glacier. BC 17/12 4400m C1 19/12 5700m Smt 20/12 by all members at 12:30 pm. On 18/12 team checked out the route. The first section was a snow face and from the ridge it was mixed. Below the summit, about 200m of rock. They climbed alpine-style and they were two people in a rope party. Technical difficulty is similar to mushroom ridge on Ama Dablam. The descended about 50m on the ridge and then they abseiled down all the way down the west face which was very steep. One rope length below the summit, the rope got stuck and as they could not untangle it, they had to cut more than half of the rope. Due to the short rope, the abseil took a long time. They reached C1 at about 11 pm. They stayed they night at C1. On 21/12, they packed up and then descended to BC, which they also packed up and went to Na. Alpine-style climbing and no rope fixing. No oxygen.
