Route Notes BC 03/10 5600m on Drolambau Glacier ABC 04/10 5800m at end of Drolambau (fork between Langdak and Raungsiyar) Smt 05/10 by Nima Tenji, Dawa Gyalje, Tashi Sherpa at 11:15 am. After they had come back from Raungsiyar, the team started again from ABC at 8 am on 05 Oct to climb Langdak. They crossed the glacier moving together on a rope. At about 9:30 am they reached the West Summit at 6177m. On their way up, they thought that this was the real summit, however, when they got there they noticed that there was a higher point to their right. They descended for about 50m and ascended again to the real summit. From the small summit they saw Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Kangchenjunga, Shishapangma and Cho Oyu. They spent about two hours on the summit. The weather was perfect and calm. They left the summit at about 1 pm and arrived at ABC 3:30 pm. They packed up ABC and carried on to BC, where they arrived at 6 pm and spent the night.
