Route Notes Approach: Syabru Besi, Lama Hotel, Langtang, Kyanjin Gompa, Morimoto BC, Glacier camp On 26 Oct the team consisting of Annequin, Regis, Rossignol and Gelju started their summit push from C2 at 3 am. When the team reached 6850m around 9 am, they came to a big crevasse which could not be crossed easily. Only possible way to cross it was to put ladder or to go down into crevasse then to climb up to other side; that too was risky because the edges of crevasse were broken and could not be depended on in that area. Besides that the team did not have enough time and manpower to work in crossing the crevasse. So the team decided to stop climbing and turned around at C1 where they reached around 4:30 pm. They spent the night and next day 27 Oct to BC. According to the expedition leader Annequin the best place for BC as per his GPS is at: N 28 degree, 19', 030' and 85 degree 41, 683'. The degree of difficulty is similar to Gimmigela located north of Kangchenjunga. Fixed rope: 50m on steep portion between BC-C1. Sherpa: Gelju Sherpa, 3/12/1963 (17/8/2020), Taksindu-6, Solu, no 8000ers
