| Route Notes | The expedition team followed normal route on Kangchenjunga from BC->C1->C2->C3. From C3 the team turned to left[??] side and continued up to the summit. The team started its summit push on 14 Feb at 8 am from C4 and reached C6 at 4 pm. Next day 15 Feb the team started at 7:40 am from C6 and reached the top at 11 am. The team stayed on summit for a few minutes then returned C6 at 1:30 pm, continued to C3 where the team reached at 5:30 pm and spent the night there. On 16 Feb the team went down to BC. Summit day weather was excellent. Kunz said that the rope length was not sufficient for any future expeditions on that route. He suggested to have 7.5 km of ropes.
