Vivanco reached C4 on 15/05 hoping that he could join the Seven Summit Treks group on their way to the summit. However, they had gone already. He stayed in the tent of Asian Trekking for three nights; however, on the night of 18/05 he had to bivouac as the clients of Asian Trekking had arrived. On 18/05, he met some Sherpas from Asian Trekking who told him that they were going up on 19-20/05 and that's when he decided to stay for another night. He left C4 at 8 pm on 19/05. The Asian Trekking group had left at 6 pm. The whole route was fixed all the way to the summit. It took him 17 hours to get to the summit. He spent about 30 minutes on the summit and descended to C4, where he arrived at 9:30 pm. [Note: summit photos taken by Vivanco show that he only reached to about 8500m.] On 21/05, he descended all the way to BC, which took him all day. During his descent he noticed that he had frostbite on his right big toe. He was hoping to catch a helicopter at least to Tseram, but the weather was too bad and it was not possible. So, he walked all the way to Taplejung, which probably damaged his toe a bit more. Munoz Ubilla reached C2 on 03/05. On their descent, she got hit by a rock near C2. The rock fractured her right hand. They continued to BC. On 05/05 she was evacuated by helicopter and returned to Kathmandu. She left Kathmandu on 07/05 to return to Chile. Oxygen: Not taken, not used Frostbite on right big toe. Left BC on 24/05 trekking to Taplejung.
