Route Notes Leader remained at BC through out the expedition. Member Kim Jin-Tae went up to C3 on 12 April, spent night, but did not try for the summit due to tiredness. Kim Chang-Ho, Seo, Sangay Phuri and Ngima Gyalzen Sangay Phuri left C3 at 8pm on 28 April. The team reached to the top at 1:25 pm on 29 April and stayed on summit for 50 minutes, returned to C3 where they arrived at 7:30 pm and spent the night there. On 30 April all descended to BC. The summit day weather was very good, calm and clear sky. About 7000m it was little cloudy. The summit is flat snow field and triangular in shape. Around 8000m on the way up there was a small rock face on which they saw two pitons to which slings were tied. They also saw a red oxygen cylinder around 8000m. The route from C3 to summit was a long walk and difficult; it was mostly rocky and little snow. The team's first attempt on 13 April was abandoned due to very strong wind; they waited at C3 for long time for the wind to recede, but it continued and the team descended to BC same day. The second attempt was on 15 April. When the team reached C2 around 6 pm they found the tent was gone, the strong wind blown off the tent and the wind was still there. They were exhausted and descended to BC where they reached at 11 pm. The third attempt was on 19 April from C3 from where they started at 10 pm when they reached 8150m they realized that there is not enough time to reach summit it was a long way. Sangay got a little frostbite in his feet .. then returned to C3 rest for a while and descended to BC around 5 am next day. The team was suppose to go to Annapurna I, but at the time of meeting it has not decided whether to go to mountain or to go home. The expedition team returned to Kathmandu on 6 May.
