Accident location: Biv2 at 6700m at 7:30 am on 06/10. Comment of Sam Hennessey about the accident: "Michael was outside the portaledge organizing gear, and somehow became unclipped and fell to the bottom of the wall. I was inside the portaledge and did not witness the event. It is unclear whether he unclipped intentionally for some reason, or if there was a gear failure." Oxygen: Not taken, not used
