Route Notes BC 21/09 4750m C1 27/09 5450m C2 04/10 6050m Smt 05/10 by Offner at 12:15 pm, Michaela Senn 12:30 pm, Marcel Senn at 11:30 am, Fei and Krueckels at 12:30 pm, Ngima Tendi at 11 am. Summit team and Thomas, Nickels, Schumann, Raggl, Plattner and Karma Gyalzen left C2 at 3 am. Snow conditions were mixed (soft and hard) and it was very windy. The team spent about 5 minutes on the summit due to the high winds. They descended to C2, where they arrived between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. Nickels and Thomas turned back at 7000m at about 12:30 pm due to the strong wind. They descended to C2. Schumann reached 6300m and turned back at about 4:30 am. He did not feel up to the climb and turned back to C2. Raggl reached 6700m and turned back due to cold feet. He descended to C1. Plattner reached 6900m He was not feeling well and descended to C1. Markus reached 5300m on 03/10. He had been sick for most part of the expedition and was feeling too weak to carry on. Sieber reached 5700m on 28/09. She was feeling too weak and exhausted to continue. Team left BC on 08/10. Oxygen: not taken, not used Fixed rope: 800m Sherpas: Ngima Tendi, Kharikhola, 22/03/1989 Karma Gyalzen Lhakpa Sonam from the Spanish Thamserku team helped fixing ropes with the Amical hired team and summited the day with Ngima Tendi.
