Route Notes On 19 Oct: go back to C1 from BC On 20 Oct: first night at C1 On 21 Oct: go back to C2 from C1, slept in C1 On 22 Oct: first night at C2 On 23 Oct: all back to BC, then 3 days of rest On 27 Oct to C1 On 28 Oct to C2 On 29 Oct to C3 On 30 October (summit day): started at 2:15 am, reached summit at 11 am, back to C3 at 4 pm. All members summited except Sophie Schickler who went to her high point the night of the 22 October at C2 (this night she fell sick, then stayed at BC). All hired Nepalese summited except Mulal Gurung (who broke the trail up to 6500m at the foot of the final wall before leaving - normally he wasn't allowed by his doctor to climb, as he had a medical treatment for kidney stones). Boehm considers the hired Nepalese did a great job breaking the trail, all other expeditions waiting for them to do the job. On 31 October they were back to BC from C3.
