Route Notes BC at 4850m at grass beside stream on NW of mountain C1 at 5350m at end/top of one moraine at start of glacier C2 at 5950m top of glacier C3 at 6350m NW Face on ledge at base icy summit. From C3 up hard ice face not technically difficult but dangerous if you slip. Left C3 4:00 pm and on top 12:30 pm and at 5:00 pm in C3 to sleep. 20 April left C3 4:00 pm and on top at 4:00 pm and return C3 at 9:00 pm in dark but had headlamps, slow and tired. Fell into crevasses between C1 and top and each member fell in but not hurt. Pereda went up to C1 only because of headache and stomach trouble.
