Route Notes After 4 days of rest at BC, on 9 Oct Kim and An moved up to their first bivy site at 6050m on the SW Face. On 10 Oct, the duo pushed the route further up the mountain, but were force to retreat to their 6050m bivy site when heavy fog moved in. On 11 Oct, the duo after 14 pitches reached a cave at 6770m where they set up their second bivouac. The following morning they continued on up and summited at 9:05 am.
