Route Notes BC at point 4100m on Japanese Dhaulagiri map (Kaphe Khola) C1 south of pt 4738m on lower Kaphe Glacier C2 at same place as British Churen's C1 this season C3 at plateau on N Ridge of Ghustung North C4 at bottom of small ridge running west from Gurja's N Ridge C5 on slope of west side of North Ridge. High point on slope. Tried to go to summit from C5 and reached 6400m but snow deep, cold and very windy and no time left.
