Route Notes BC at foot of South Ridge ABC stone house C1 on South Ridge TC2 on South Ridge C3 on South Ridge. C2 to C3 very long way established needed C2 (tramp C2 which sometimes slept in). From C3 to top steep snow with overhanging rock face. Fixed rope above C1 to C2 1050m; TC2 to C2 750m; C2 to C3 750m; C3 to top 450m: total 3000m because could not climb on ridge itself much of the time but had to traverse back and forth across it.
